For those of you that be true to up with the Gambling Industry’s highs and lows, there’s been a part of a breakthrough for BetonSports founder Gary Kaplan. As of this week, there will finally be a trial date arranged after two years of being held in durance.

Both Gary Kaplan, the founder, and David Caruthers, the CEO, were arrested back in 2006 and 2007 after they were charged with racketeering, wile, burden evasion and conspiracy. The charges stemmed from George W. Bush’s signing of the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act (UIGEA) released back in 2006.

The court date is yet to be announced.
