Can Gambling Help The Chinese Economy?

Lately, it seems that there’s been a strong push to legalize gambling encompassing the universe. We are in a deficit and the world needs a lifeline, faculty of volition legalizing gambling fill that void? Well that’s the issue that China has been dealing with and last week the issue was discussed in a meeting of Chinese Parliament along with sports officials who are interested in the legalization of online playing for money.

According to Reuters the following was quoted from the meeting: “I suggest we deregulate the lottery,” Hebei delegate Yang Jingzhi told the Sports Circle at the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference. “Our present lottery games are monotonous. We should fully introduce the international practices, such in the same manner with betting without ceasing horses, “mark six” and various others. There are lots of types of lottery in Britain and the U.S., be possible to we see any harm? As long as it is easily legislated, there is not much harm.”

There are publicly two state lotteries that are run legally that seem to work rather well in Hong Kong and Macau – two cities with special gambling freedoms. The idea is to undisguised up the market nation wide and have an organized system that would do away with illegal gambling operations. The great thing is that China has these couple major cities that have accepted playing for money and have already tested the waters. Hope it works….
