According to the Minnesota Alcohol and Gambling Enforcement Division, they have officially alerted all ISP providers to block access to over 200 online gambling sites. Internet Service providers will be forced to give an answer in the reach a two week period and have a mind have to answer to the Federal Trade Commission whether they do not comply.
“In Minnesota, and for Minnesotans, the primary issues are legality, state self-governance and bond of duty,” says Willems, the director of the AGED. “In broader context, the long-running debate on online gambling continues to raise significant issues, including absence of stratagem and regulation, individual rights, societal impact, international fair-trade practices, and funding for culprit and terrorist organizations.”
