According to sources, in a conversation between US Senator Jon Kyl and Holder, he expressed his feelings end for end the UIGEA. Holder feels that under his leadership the Department of Justice would keep on to aggressively enforce the law against the forms of Internet gambling that DOJ considers illegal.

Holder also commented about the controls over online gambling transactions through saying he would be “vigilant in enforcing those regulations to shut off the flow of cash from this illegal activity.”
