With the new $825 Billion stimulus plan being approved, government officials have decided to keep land based casinos without of the picture. There will be absolutely no funding directed advancing any one casinos within the U.S.
Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid who represents Nevada was shocked by the decision since casinos help fuel their topical economy. “Casinos are a huge part of Nevada’s economy and create a doom of jobs. But none of the spending in this Bill is earmarked for any lodge, so this preparation is largely symbolic,” Reid told CNN.
The reason on the side of this decision stems from the fact that the funds are meant to be allocated for specific projects excepting that and not to be spent freely. Strangely enough, there are many states that count on income from casinos to strengthen their economy so it would make sense for them to receive a portion of the funds.
I suppose only the government knows the method at the back of their derangement.
